Vacation Preparation

Summertime is finally here. The flowers are in bloom, the birds are blissfully chirping, the sun is shining bright and the beaches are riddled with footprints. It's the time of year to prepare for a much needed vacation from the everyday hubbub. The days leading up to the trip generally are jam packed with errands. It's time to stay cool & focused. All of the stressful running around will soon be paid off through the smooth relaxing days to come.

You certainly don't need an aching body when you are trying to enjoy your vacation. Nor do you want to be achy and uncomfortable during the long drive or flight. Therapeutic Massage reduces muscle tension and knots, aids in stress reduction, lowers blood pressure, enhances focus, acuity and range of motion. All of which will be helpful in preparation for a fun, healthy vacation. Don't forget to stay hydrated & pick up Alba's natural Hawaiian sunscreen it smells great and works wonderfully. Happy Summer, enjoy the long days and warm sun!
